Finding Faith In The Storm

makes a decision to walk on the right path (King James

            Version Of The Holy Bible).

Rahab also does not lie to the king of Jericho when asked
about the spies. She just informs the king that the spies left
in the dark when it would be very difficult to see anything

properly. Her honesty could have easily got her killed. Rahab
also gives the Israelite spies one of the best advices which
ultimately save their lives. She asks them to wait in the hills

for three days before they try to cross Jordan (King James
            Version Of The Holy Bible).

Women of Jericho did not find anything special about
Rahab. They did not see any special qualities in Rahab that

would get her the Lord’s favors. But, her faith in God made
her one of his most unusual heroines. She was one of the
harlots that enter the kingdom of God. Rahab risked her life

to hide the spies of Joshua and fulfill the Lord's purpose.
Even if Rahab was a new believer in the Lord, she had full
