Introduction
Introduction
Troubles, hardships, or battles in life will certainly arise.
However, it is phrased, one thing for certain is that life will
offer us moments in which we are challenged and feel
discouraged. The question that may be asked is, “What do
we do in these moments?” One may ask, “How do we deal
with circumstances that are tough?” Regardless if we are
experiencing obstacles in our career, family, self-identity
(finding ourselves), financially, or whatever our issues may
be. There are numerous ways for trouble to find us.
The Bible teaches in the first clause of Job 14:14: “Man
that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble;”
thus, meaning that the life of a human being will have many
days of trials. While we do not have to ask for these
situations to arise, troubles will arise because the Bible
promises so. Regardless of who we are, we will experience
challenges throughout our lives.
In the moments of troubles, we must trust God through
faith knowing that our situation is destined and purposed to
bring God glory. “All things work together for the good of
those who love him and according to his purpose” (Romans
8:28). The scripture does not state, “Only the things we do
right will work together for our good.” The word does not
state, “The moments that we are perfect work together for
our good.” However, the scripture implies that “all things
work together for our good if we love God, and walk in His
will for our lives.”
